What does the starting package cover?
A focused app for one customer or internal use case, one initial connection to an accessible content source or system, and ChatGPT or Claude integration. The starting scope includes information retrieval, standard access configuration, testing, handoff, and ongoing management.
What does the implementation fee cover?
Discovery, configuration, development, testing, and preparation for launch. Implementation starts at $1,500 and is quoted around the connections, permissions, data preparation, and functionality your project needs.
What changes are included?
Changes to keep the agreed app useful and working are included within your service scope. We define that scope together. A new app, major workflow, or additional system connection is scoped and priced before work starts.
Can you connect both ChatGPT and Claude?
Yes. We can quote both platforms together. Compatibility, available interfaces, and access requirements depend on each platform and the needs of your app.
Are there any other costs?
Your users’ AI platform subscriptions are separate. We agree on hosting and usage allowances and any paid third-party services before starting. Higher usage, additional connections, or more complex requirements can affect the quote.
When does the monthly service start?
The ongoing service begins when the agreed app goes live. Project milestones, payment timing, cancellation arrangements, and handoff terms are set out in your service agreement before work begins.
